How do I book a stall at Kissan AgriFest?
Select a package, submit the exhibitor form and wait for written confirmation of availability, location, operations requirements and payment terms.
What confirms my stall allocation?
The team first confirms category fit, inventory, the applicable published rate and allocation in writing. Payment is then 30% non-refundable on confirmed booking, 40% by 1 September 2026 and 30% by 25 September 2026. Possession is not issued before full payment.
Are electricity and utilities included?
Utilities depend on the final load plan, package scope and vendor arrangement. Submit accurate power requirements during booking.
Can machinery move or demonstrate in my display area?
Moving machinery requires separate demonstration approval, field readiness and safety clearance. Static display allocation does not automatically permit operation.
