Website information

Event information is published in good faith and may be updated as venue, operations, speakers, demonstrations, partners and schedules are confirmed. Attendance figures are targets, not guarantees.

Registration and admission

Registration does not override event safety, identification, capacity or access controls. The organizer may manage entry to controlled machinery, drone, stage or operational areas.

Booking, approval and allocation

Submitting a form or selecting a floor-plan position creates a request only. A booking is confirmed after organizer approval, required payment and written confirmation. A position may be Available, On Hold, Reserved, Sold or Approval Required; the live map remains subject to the signed inventory.

Package scope and taxes

Published prices are in PKR and exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated. Included setup, utilities, passes and hospitality are limited to the confirmed package. Add-ons, branding, special power and custom construction require written approval and may cost extra.

Operations and safety

Custom builds, electrical loads, machinery, cooking equipment and live demonstrations require operational approval. Exhibitors are responsible for staff, contractors, products, insurance, hygiene and legal compliance.

Changes, cancellation and force majeure

The organizer may adjust layouts, schedules or allocation for safety, operations or force majeure and will seek reasonable equivalent treatment where practicable. Cancellation, transfer and refund rights are governed by the signed agreement and approved addenda.

Data, media and intellectual property

Booking data may be used to administer the event and related communications. Event photography and filming may occur. Each participant remains responsible for rights to submitted logos, claims, content and media.

Agreement priority

The signed schedule, invoice, agreement and approved addenda govern a commercial booking. Unconfirmed conversations or sales representations do not override those documents. Website acknowledgement does not replace a required signed agreement.

Detailed exhibition booking conditions

  1. 1.Submitting this form is an application only. Space, stall number, category rights and participation are confirmed only by written organizer approval.
  2. 2.Published prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated. The invoice, approved quotation and signed commercial schedule control the final payable amount.
  3. 3.The standard schedule is 30% on confirmation, 40% by 1 September 2026 and 30% by 25 September 2026. Installments already due at a late confirmation become immediately payable unless a written exception is approved.
  4. 4.After written allocation or confirmation, amounts paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by the organizer.
  5. 5.Weather, rain, flood, fire, epidemic, government order, security concern, civil disturbance, utility failure, transport disruption, venue unavailability or another event beyond reasonable control may require operational changes, postponement, relocation, reduced hours or cancellation.
  6. 6.Where reasonably necessary, the organizer may change the venue, dates, access route, floor plan, stall position, programme or operating hours and will use reasonable efforts to provide comparable participation or an event credit. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
  7. 7.Exhibitors are responsible for their staff, contractors, displays, machinery, stock, insurance, permits, tax compliance and safe operation. Hazardous, unapproved or non-compliant activity may be stopped without compensation.
  8. 8.Stall possession, setup access and exhibitor credentials may be withheld until required payments, documents, approvals and safety information are complete.
  9. 9.The organizer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, theft or damage outside its reasonable control, subject always to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  10. 10.The exhibitor must indemnify the organizer against third-party claims arising from the exhibitor’s products, staff, contractors, negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
  11. 11.The organizer may suspend or terminate participation for non-payment, unsafe conduct, misrepresentation, infringement, legal non-compliance or material breach; outstanding amounts remain payable subject to applicable law.
