Report a factual, accessibility or programme error to [email protected] with the affected URL and evidence. We verify the source, correct all affected surfaces and update the maintained event record when the canonical fact changes.

Programme and availability changes

Unconfirmed sessions and commercial availability can change. A correction to a public page does not override a signed agreement; the event team will contact affected applicants when an operational change affects a confirmed booking.
